Fix It - Don’t Sell It!
Agree with this poster 100%. However, it’s a bit ironic that iFixit is a website about repairing some of the most unserviceable devices ever created. Sure, I can replace the screen on my iPhone, but it will cost the same as a new iPhone and It’ll never go back together the same way again without special adhesives and assembly procedures.
“If you can’t fix it, you don’t own it.” Definitely good words to live by, but nearly impossible to apply to modern consumer electronics.
