The Stihl MS 880
For those that appreciate the absurd, I found myself chainsaw shopping today. This monster supports up to a 59” guide bar. If you don’t speak chainsaw, that’s a nearly 5’ long blade. It also has a 125cc engine, about the same size as my old racebike. Fully loaded and ready to rock, it weighs nearly 30 lbs.
I hope to one day give my input about prop design in the next chainsaw massacre movie. Until then, this holy-fuck chainsaw will continue lopping down sequoias with alarming efficiency.
