So I tried surfing last weekend
And I got destroyed. First time out, 3-5 foot waves, strong current, long board. After 2-3 hours of aquatic ass-pounding, I finally got my feet on the board. The next time out should go much, much smoother. Still had a ton of fun despite the beat down.

Rain gear is awesome
It’s raining hard today and I took my commuter bike. Just arrived, bone dry and ready for a solid day at the office. Appropriate gear makes all the difference in the world.
